Traditional wood joints

The first barn is almost finished. This construction is the part where we’ve started with, the first beams we sawed, chiseled and drilled holes into for the project. Cool to look back on. Although it looks good, with the protruding trennels holding the joints, there are many small things I would have done differently now.  There is no substitute for experience.
