POST SECUNDARY EDUCATION
HMC AMSTERDAM
Post secondary vocational college
Est. in 1929
Teaching to become professional in woodworking, furniture- or interior design
Focus on creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.
Starting in 2018, I’ve just graduated HMC in Amsterdam. This practical college prepared me to become a specialist entrepreneurial woodworker. Starting with furniture construction and cabinetry in the first two years, I’ve gotten the opportunity to specialize in construction restoration in the final years. Every year has an internship with a minimum of 3 three month, suitable for the theoretical content of that year. In my final year, me and three fellow students worked full time and independently on the construction of two three story villa’s, including two, two story (separate) stables. We finished in time and graduated with the largest masterpiece ever constructed by students of HMC for our major Construction Restoration. I received a separate accolade for my role as initiator and leader of the project.
PREPATORY SECONDARY EDUCATION

Focus on Physics, Science and Math.
In 2013, I enrolled on the OSG in my birthplace Hoorn (The Netherlands). This school prepared me for my further studies and offers bi-lingual education (English-Dutch). I opted to follow the FLE (Fast Lane English) course on this school and was one of the 30 students (out of 350) that graduated. Part of graduating was an extra exam to obtain a Cambridge Certificate for proficiency in English. I have graduated with a CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) or C1 language certificate. Besides English, I graduated in the following subjects: Dutch, Chemistry, Physics, Math, Geography, Economy and (of course) Crafts
